Construction of Dust Suppression System

- Design, engineering and carry out of all coordination and liaison work with AKCC in order to obtain the necessary approval and permit prior to starting works
- Construction and build of pump room foundation block walls and concrete slab with the required concrete base for mounting two storage tanks.
- Supply, installation and connection of irrigation Pump (1 duty + 1 Stand by) complete with panel board, manifolds, disc filter, isolating & check valves on suction and discharge of each pump included pressure vessel
- Supply, laying and installation of the (4CX70M²CU/XLPE/SWA/PVC+1CX35M² CU/XLPE/SWA/PVC cable from the existing Sub-station located near mines office length approximate (750m) to the proposed pump room complete with the required DB and breakers included all the necessary accessories
- Supply, mounting and connection of two storage tanks complete with float switch
- Supply, Installation and connection of water supply pipe from the existing network to the storage water tanks
- Excavation of new trenches for irrigation water distribution piping complete with backfilling included construction of the required pit of solenoid valve with provision of sprinklers protection and all other finishing works
- Supply, install and connect of HDPE pipes for sprinkler irrigation water distribution piping network complete with fittings, fixation and all other accessories
- Supply, install and connect of Hunter sprinklers complete with solenoid Valve, Pressure reducing valve and pressure release valve included hunter irrigation controller station with the required cable
- Supply and installation of a full conduit and wiring light installations for proposed pump room
- Supply and installation of a full electrical power supply network for proposed pump room
- Testing and commissioning of the system and handing over to AKCC
- Providing shop drawings and O&M manual
