Commitment to Quality, Safety, Health and Environment

 

 

NASCO quality management systems have been meeting the requirements of ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, OHSAS 18001:2007. It encompasses all of the aspects involved in provision of services, from initial inquiry through to implementation, operation and reporting.
The services we provide are managed in accordance with quality plans tailored to meet our client's specific requirements. In order to ensure compliance with our Quality Management System, regular quality audits are carried out throughout the organisation.

Quality Assurance Policy

It is the Policy of NASCO to provide service and goods, which meets the agreed contractual specifications and quality standards defined by the customer or his or her representative.
To this end, every operating unit is required to:

  • To maintain staff able to interpret, clarify and conform to the clients requirements
  • To ensure by proper selection and examination that goods supplied are suitable and safe to operate.
  • To make sure that goods and systems are installed in a satisfactory manner.
  • To commission completed systems so that their operation and maintenance is facilitated.
  • And if so required by the client to ensure that the completed and commissioned systems are serviced on a regular and systematic basis.

It is the policy of NASCO to achieve customer satisfaction by total commitment to Quality Management System. This includes establishing quality objectives in line with quality policy and to review them on a continual basis.

NASCO's policy on Health Safety and welfare at work

The company recognises that high standards of health, safety and welfare are an integral element of efficient business management objectives and contributes to the operational efficiency and profitability of the company. For such standards to be achieved, adequate financial and physical resources are made available, thereby ensuring continuing development of employees and the provision of necessary expert advice.

Health and safety is a management responsibility of equal importance to production and quality. Managers will pursue progressive improvement in health and safety performance by establishing and maintaining control, communicating the necessary information, encouraging co-operation between individuals and groups thereby ensuring that a positive health and safety culture is promoted and developed.
